Fire Engine Cake

For a friend of a friend, who is a firefighter in DC.

MSU Birthday Cake

Michigan State University's famed "Sparty" mascot for an alum's birthday. The school's fight song is on the side of the cake.

Deadskins Cake

So I made a Deadskins cake. To me personally, the Redskins are so irrelevant, so I am not saying I hate them. I'd just as soon do a cake celebrating the Redskins... this was just appropriate for the birthday boy.

Jujyfruit Cake

For a couple's anniversary. The dad is know as Papa Jujy to his family.

Puppy Cake

For a friend of a friend's birthday. Two requests: a cute puppy and pink. Love the puppy. I secretly wanted to hold on to it!

WWE Wrestling Cake

For a little guy who loves WWE wrestling!

Vegetable Garden Cake

A coworker loves her DC community garden, so as a surprise I made this cake for her birthday:

Squirrels and deer ate all of Kathryn's corn, so I just had to add an evil squirrel!

Graduation Cake

For a my coworker's son's high school graduation.

Mom's Flower Birthday Cake

I went home briefly during my mom's birthday, so I made her a cake. She loves flowers!

GWU Graduation Cake

For a friend who earned her master's from GW.

Flower Garden Cake

Two-tier flower garden cake for a friend who's an avid gardener.

Hoya Cake

First college themed cake: The Georgetown Hoyas, complete with a party hat clad bulldog mascot.

Cherry Blossom Cake

Having lived in DC for six years now, I finally went and saw the cherry blossoms for the first time. I loved them and made this:

Purple Polka Dot Cake

Maple butter cream with cinnamon walnut cake. People have dubbed this the "Lindsey Cake" because it's purple, polka dotted and has a bow.

Giant Cupcake Cake

My second cake was a giant cupcake. It had alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with raspberry butter cream. I love how girly and whimsical it is. One of my favorites I've ever done.

Brown Swirls

My very first cake! Done in January of 2010. It's a Reese's chocolate and peanut butter cake.
